We have a small, dedicated team of professionals at our support team who provide Training, HR, Business Administration and Finance support for the whole of the organisation.

As CEO I am responsible for ensuring we achieve our objectives and ambitions, leading our culture, values and our amazing team. I have worked in leadership roles across the Health and Care sectors for over 15 years including positions at Nuffield Health, InHealth and the Active Care Group. I have a passion for providing outstanding service and building great teams. I am married with 3 children and a Cockapoo and live in South West London. My passion is football although I do support West Ham United!

I have worked in health and social care for 12 years, starting as a Support Worker whilst at university. Since then I have worked up through management, becoming a Registered Manager, Area Manager and Business Manager. I joined the company in January 2016 and subsequently became the Chief Operations Officer overseeing all operational aspects of Liaise as we have grown into a much larger business. Outside of work, I'm mostly being dad spending time with my wife and children. If I'm not with them you'll find me at the beach kitesurfing or in the woods mountain biking. I also enjoy going to the gym, riding my motorbike and have recently stated to learn how to play the guitar.

I am an Operations Director with significant UK and International health & social care sector experience. I have held commercial and operational Board roles with Simplyhealth, Ramsay Health Care UK, London Ambulance Service NHS Trust and the social enterprise Mytime Active. Most recently I worked in NHS Community Services with Virgin Care and also in the mental health & intellectual disabilities sector, serving as a COO and Operations Director and Hospital Director with Nuffield Health. My international experience includes working in the Middle East for a CAMHS & Adult Mental Health Services clinic and managing projects in Europe, North Africa and Asia with AXA and BUPA. I am passionate about putting people at the heart of decision making.

I joined the company in March 2013 and over the years became a Registered Manager of Sansa House, Glebelands and Karibu Place, and an Area Manager in June 2017. I pride myself in managing the team in Sansa House that achieved an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating from CQC inspection in 2017 and again in 2020. I am a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor, ‘Mental Health First Aider’ and Autism Ambassador for Liaise.

I began working in health and social care at 18 as a student nurse, specialising in paediatrics. I then took a change in career and began working with adults with learning and physical disabilities. I started working for Liase in 2009 as a support worker. I became Deputy Manager of Lulworth in 2013 and progressed to Manager at Blake in 2014. In 2016 I became the Registered Manager for Blake and Lulworth where I remained very happily until my maternity leave. I have always been incredibly passionate about enabling the individuals we support to experience as many opportunities as possible that will enrich and fulfil their lives. I maintain a keen interest in supporting individuals with complex health and finding new and innovative ways to motivate and drive staff to deliver high quality care holistically, with the individual at the centre of all we do.

I am an experienced Senior Manager in public and private sector social and health care organisations covering all client groups. Previous roles have included business and project management, operations management, business development, quality, compliance and performance roles.

I am responsible for monitoring organisational compliance with Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act law. I support our staff team to understand the essential principles and components of the law through delivery of training and quality assurance processes. We are committed at Liaise to deliver person centred support, one that is enabling, encouraging and promoting service users independence. I find working in this sector self rewarding. I am also Proact-Scipr-Uk instructor and I promote its philosophy.

I joined Liaise in July 2020 which was my first move into the social care sector. I started to train as a chartered accountant 16 years ago working in all areas of Finance initially auditing in practice, then to work at a FTSE 100 where I had the opportunity to travel abroad to other offices around the world and, more recently, private equity backed businesses. Since joining Liaise I was heavily involved in the sale of the business to our new shareholders, Intriva, and as a member of the Executive Team have played a part in all key decision making. I wanted to join Liaise because I think what the business offers is something so important and I wanted to be proud of who I worked for. Outside of work, I like the simple things! Walks and bike rides, seeing my family and friends, and seeing new places.

I joined the Liaise Board as Commercial Director in June 2020. Prior to this I was Regional Sales & Marketing Director for Sodexo Home Care UK & Ireland. I have been a Sales & Marketing Director for over 14 years for a variety of commercial entities in property, housing and government sectors including Countrywide, Sage Housing and the Department of Economic Development for the Isle of Man Government. I have an MBA from Warwick Business School, a Master’s Degree in Marketing from LMU and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of work I have three rescue dogs, I'm a committed cinephile and love travelling regulariy to see my family in Italy.

I began working for Liaise in 2015. I have worked in social care for 31 years in both children’s and adult services. I have training and experience working with both adults and children who have Learning and Mental Health needs and Autism, EBD, Deafblind, physical support needs and severe challenging behaviour. My roles have included Registered Manager, Area and Operational Senior Management Roles and Executive Chair of a County Care Association. I have extensive training in behaviour management through the IABA and qualified as a non-crisis intervention trainer. Other qualifications held include Advanced DMS (level 7), NVQ level 4 in Care and Registered Managers Award Level 4. I find it very helpful to be able to draw upon my broad operational and management experience within my role for Liaise.

Prior to working at Liaise I worked in various management roles for Tesco’s before becoming a HR Manager there for 5 years. I joined in 2015 as a HR Advisor before being promoted to HR Manager. I am CIPD qualified.

I am the Occupational Therapy Lead for Liaise. My team and I are here to help carry out activities that service users want to do and/or need to do. We help each person find ways to carry on living the life that they want to and to remain as independent as possible. We support the service users to maintain, regain and develop their functional level despite difficulties that they may face.

Lead Behaviour Analyst
I am the Lead for the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team and joined in April 2020. I have worked in health & social care for 9 years and began as a support worker for adults with Autism & Learning Disabilities while at University. I studied to become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and have since worked in inpatient and community settings to support adults to improve their quality of life, build new skills and reduce behaviours of concern. My approach to implementing PBS in our services involves a hands on, practical application to ensure consistent implementation and achieving measurable outcomes.
